All items that appear on Online Pet Accessories are updated on a regular
basis. Therefore we should have everything in stock ready to dispatch to you.
All orders are processed at our earliest convenience (usually with-in 24 hours
of receiving payment) and shipped out via Australia Post the next business day.
If the goods are for some reason not in stock we will contact you with an
estimation on when the goods will be available. Alternatively we can substitute
for another item of the same value or refund your money.
At Online Pet Accessories we have an integrated postage calculator which gives the most
accurate possible quote on Australia Post charges based on the weight of the
products (the weight of the packaging used for transport does not affect the
postage as we wear the cost on this extra weight). If you would rather use a
express service or courier this can be arranged. All you have to do is send us
an email or use our contact form, tell us which products you are interested in
and how and where you would like them shipped and we can organise a quote for
you. In our experience this way usually works out a bit more expensive except on
larger and heavier purchases, however you will recieve your goods sooner.
We are now accepting orders from all over the world, however there are customs import restrictions to certain countries. While we will do our best to ensure the products that you order are allowed into your country it is your resoponsibility to check yours country's customs restrictions before purchasing.
